Q. My nails are very soft and weak, lifeless and don’t seem to grow:-

A. You need to use "Critical Care" basecoat. Critical Care is an intensive product that has Protein KSW and powerful strengtheners to boost growth and bring nails back to life.

Q. My nails are peeling:-

A. Peeling can occur in all nail types and can be the cause from dryness, water damage, medication, low fat diet etc. “Fusion” basecoat bonds the nails delicate layers using rubberised resins and both Vitamins A and D to strengthen and condition. In severe cases use Critical Care and for slight peeling use Restoration.

Q. I have had extensions and my nails are very thin, soft and damaged:-

A. “Restoration” basecoat is the answer. This product helps rebuild the structure, as well as the condition of the nail from foundation to surface with intensive vitalizes and healing Echinacea.

Q. My nails are very hard, inflexible and tend to break high on the nail:-

A. “Recovery” restores suppleness and alleviates breaking with a uniquely moisturizing protein water complex while calcium infuses extra growth and flexibility.

Q. I have dry nails, quite hard, ridges – some may have white spots and powdery finish:-

A. “Rejuvenation” adds needed moisture with a complex of Protein KSW and water, while jojoba, aloe and Vitamin E heal and condition.

Q. Help! I’m confused what type of nail do I have? – I have a mixture of the above!

A. Don’t worry – it is quite normal to have problems on different nails. Your thumbs for instance are usually harder and dryer and you may have peeling on only a couple of nails and the majority to be normal. If this is the case use ”Reward” which is a vitamin-rich therapy maintaining health with natural botanicals, antioxidants and Vitamins A, C, D and E on the normal nails and use the specific treatment basecoat for the problem nails. All treatments are available in mini sizes, which are ideal for the individual needs.

Q. I’m still unsure of which product I need?

A. The order of strength is a follows:-

Severe Peeling - Fusion
Extension Damaged/Peeling/Soft - Restoration
Normal - Reward

Q. Why have I been charged postage and packing?

A. We try to keep our prices as low as possible. Unfortunately small orders do cost a lot to send and package. You can view our postage and packing charges here. However, we do offer free postage and packing on all orders over £35.00.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. We try to dispatch all orders the same day via first class post if received by 2.00pm. However, this is not always possible and subject to availability orders will be dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). If any items are out of stock we will notify you by email.

Q. Are my personal details secure?

A. We use PayPal as this is a very secure method of online payment. We are not given any of your bank details whatsoever. We will not give your email, name or address to any third party. Occasionally we may email you our newsletter with any special offers or gift ideas. However, if you prefer not to receive these, please let us know and you will be removed from our list immediately.
